Are pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?
yes- every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. HOWEVER in order to protect and preserve the colours of the glazes it is recommenced to limit time in microwave and only hand wash.

How do you pack your pieces to ensure they arrive safe?
I take a lot of time to pack each piece carefully. Every item is protectively wrapped.
How to take care of your happy t-shirt?
to ensure a long life for the tshirt wash inside out.
RETURNS
What if my order arrives broken?
in the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please send an email to jozeceramics@outlook.be with pictures. Once a confirmation email is send back to you, your piece will be replaced.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
no, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
